Extension Review: Facebook Friend Exporter

   Facebook Friend Exporter allows you to turn your large collection of Facebook contacts into a CSV or, even better, import straight into your Google contacts.


   The tool is pretty simple. After installing, you log into your Facebook account to find a new button on the top of the page that says "Export Friends." Upon clicking, you are greeted by images of all your friends. FFE will then fetch all the info on each friend, such as email, phone numbers, and IM accounts. Sadly, it doesn't get their birthdays. After it fetches the data, it will ask how you want the contacts, as a CSV, or imported into your Gmail contacts. The best part about importing it into Gmail is that it will label the contacts as "Imported From Facebook."

   All in all, this is a nice little extension that breaks the gap between your Facebook friends and your contacts. It applies itself nicely into Facebook, making it nicely done. A great download for anyone organizing their lifestyle

   One more note: Even though you can filter who you import, this tool is NOT recommended for people with a lot of useless or unknown friends. Just saying.
